Use of service
You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Do not attempt to access, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service, and do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide and improve the service, including generating AI outputs. AI-generated strategies are informational and you are responsible for how you use them.
No warranties
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, or achieve specific business results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if the service is free).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the latest version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
